Paid when you engage us. Covers the initial brief, market analysis, and the first round of matched listings. Credited toward the success fee on settlement.
Success fee
1.65%of purchase price, inc GST
Only payable on settlement of a property we secure for you. If we don't find the right home, you walk away owing nothing more than the engagement fee.
