What BuyerHQ is
BuyerHQ is a free matching platform for Victorian buyers. We source off-market and pre-market homes offline through selling agents and vendors, then let approved buyers browse them on a map after joining free. Suburb and key property details are visible on every listing. Street address, price, and photos unlock when you request access on a home you like.
Once unlocked, we share selling-agent details as appropriate so you can take the next step yourself. BuyerHQ does not charge buyers an engagement fee, subscription, or success fee.
What BuyerHQ is not
Not a real estate agency
We do not sell property ourselves and we are not the listing agent.
Not a buyer's agent
We do not act as your advocate in a purchase. Representation, if you want it, comes from an independent buyer's agent.
Not a public portal
Street addresses stay locked until you request unlock and we approve. That is how agents trust us with off-market stock.
Optional independent help
If independent representation would help your purchase, you can opt in at signup for a free intro to an independent buyer's agent. Any fees that agent charges are between you and them. BuyerHQ stays the matching platform either way.
