How quickly will I see listings?+

Once approved, your account is live immediately. New matches arrive whenever stock that fits your brief lands, that can be the same day, or it might be a few weeks for tightly-defined briefs.

Why are addresses and photos hidden until I'm approved?+

Vendors choose off-market for a reason, privacy, family situations, settling estates, avoiding a public campaign. We protect their discretion by gating the sensitive details to approved members only.

What's the difference between off-market and pre-market?+

Off-market homes never go to a public campaign, sold quietly through the network. Pre-market homes will be advertised eventually, but we see them weeks before they hit realestate.com.au or Domain.

Do I need a buyer's agent?+

No. BuyerHQ is a marketplace, not a buyer's agent. You deal directly with the selling agent. If you want a buyer's agent, that's a separate engagement you arrange independently.

What if I'm not approved?+

We'll let you know what's missing, usually a clearer brief, finance position or timeline. You can update and resubmit any time.
