By using BuyerHQ you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

BuyerHQ is a free property sourcing and matching service that lets approved buyers browse off-market and pre-market opportunities in Victoria, Australia. Suburb and key property details are visible on the map. Street address, price, and photos unlock when a buyer requests access on a specific property and we approve it. Where appropriate, we also share selling-agent contact details after unlock.

BuyerHQ is not a buyer's agent and not a real estate agency. We do not sell property ourselves and we do not act as your advocate in a purchase. Joining and browsing BuyerHQ is free. We do not charge buyers an engagement fee, subscription, or success fee for using BuyerHQ.

Independent buyer's agent introductions

If you opt in, we may introduce you to an independent buyer's agent. That introduction is optional and free from BuyerHQ. Any engagement, advice, or fees between you and that agent are separate from BuyerHQ and are not covered by these Terms. Those arrangements are between you and the agent under their own engagement letter or terms.

Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract in Australia.
  • Provide accurate details. We may suspend accounts with false or misleading info.
  • Access to listings is granted at our discretion after your buyer brief is reviewed.
  • Street address, price, and photos on individual properties unlock only after you request access and we approve it.

Confidentiality

Listings are confidential. You agree not to publish, share, or republish any listing information, photos, or addresses outside the platform without our written consent.

No guarantee

Information on listings is supplied by vendors, agents, and third-party portals. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability. Conduct your own due diligence before making any offer.

Prohibited conduct

  • Scraping, reverse engineering, or bulk-downloading the platform.
  • Using the platform for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Contacting vendors or agents outside the channels we provide, except where we have shared selling-agent details after an approved unlock.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyerHQ is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits non-excludable consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
