The service
BuyerHQ is a private marketplace that connects approved buyers with off-market and pre-market property opportunities in Victoria, Australia. We are not a licensed real estate agent and do not act for vendors or buyers in the negotiation or sale of property.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract in Australia.
- Provide accurate details. We may suspend accounts with false or misleading info.
- Access to listings is granted at our discretion after the buyer brief is reviewed.
Confidentiality
Listings are confidential. You agree not to publish, share, or republish any listing information, photos, or addresses outside the platform without our written consent.
No guarantee
Information on listings is supplied by vendors, agents, and third-party portals. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability. Conduct your own due diligence before making any offer.
Prohibited conduct
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or bulk-downloading the platform.
- Using the platform for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.
- Contacting vendors or agents outside the channels we provide.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyerHQ is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits non-excludable consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
